Shipping
We keep our shipping charges as close to cost as possible. We ship all orders by the fastest most economical means available. (To save you money, we don't even offer air shipping in cases where ground is just as fast.)
UPS ground service is offered to all locations in the continental US (1–5 business days depending on distance from the San Francisco Bay Area). As a faster alternative for orders under 15 LBS, we also offer Priority Mail (2–3 day service) to all states east of the Rocky Mountains. "Priority Mail" costs only slightly more than ground shipping for most small orders.
Orders to all offshore USA destinations will be shipped via "Priority Mail" (3–5 day service) (Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, diplomatic and military mail.)
Sorry, due to the high cost of shipping, NO FOREIGN ORDERS will be accepted.
If you suspect your order is overdue, please contact us immediately! We won't know if something is wrong with your shipment, unless we hear from you. All orders should arrive within 1 week of placement (occasionally ground shipments to the East Coast take 10 days.)
Packaging
Our coffee is shipped in special airtight bags with one-way valves that let naturally occurring gases out but no new air in.
