Landmark Coffee Beans are guaranteed to be fresh, professionally roasted, pure high-quality arabica coffees. If you are not completely satisfied please call us at (800) 821-8184 9am to 5pm Pacific Time. If we determine that there was a quality problem with your shipment we will offer you choice of a full refund or replacement. If a replacement is sent we will issue instructions for return of your problem shipment. Shipments over 14 days old are not returnable. While we cannot accept returns of ground coffee shipments we will issue a replacement if we determine there was a quality problem with the coffee. Please bear in mind that like fine wine, quality coffees vary slightly in taste from one producer to another.
All shipments should be delivered within one week of ordering. If your shipment is late please call us at (800) 821-8184 9am to 5pm Pacific Time. We will verify your address, trace the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible. If your order was lost, we will ship a replacement as soon as possible. If there was an address problem we will issue a correction to the carrier or reship as necessary.
